Residential, Kinkora RD
Our residential project in Hawthorn, completed in early 2026, involved the waterproofing of a 1,400 sqm basement structure.
The project utilised the Ardex WPM 1500 sheet membrane system, a high-performance, fully bonded waterproofing membrane specifically developed for below-ground structures exposed to water ingress and hydrostatic pressure. The membrane provides excellent crack-bridging properties, long-term durability, and a fully sealed barrier system designed to protect concrete structures in demanding underground environments.
The system was professionally installed with carefully detailed joints, penetrations, and terminations to ensure complete continuity and long-term waterproof performance across the entire basement structure.
