We read the drawings before we price them
Most waterproofing failures are designed in, not built in. Mismatched material codes, a vapour barrier missing from the build-up, insulation that stops short at a junction, a detail that cannot actually be built.
We review the set at tender stage and come back with the clashes in writing, before they become a variation. If it does not line up, we tell you.
We also consult on its own: specification advice, build-up design and independent review, whether or not we end up doing the installation.
